    DIRECTOR

    Brad is the Founder and President of Lynx Equity Limited (Lynx), where his primary responsibilities include capital sourcing, deal origination, and transaction oversight. Since founding Lynx in 2007, he has grown it to CAD $775M+ a year in consolidated revenue, with over 60 wholly-owned operating businesses throughout North America, Europe, and the UK. Prior to founding Lynx, he was President of Succession Capital Corporation where he grew the business from $0 to $40M in sales. Brad has previously worked in venture capital at Rothschild Canada Limited, he worked as a Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse, Grant Thornton, and Coopers & Lybrand.

    Joanna Lipfeld

    DIRECTOR

    Joanna is the Chief Financial Officer of Lynx, where she oversees finance and administration, cash flow management, financial accounting, and reporting functions for Lynx and its subsidiaries. She also plays a key role in Lynx's portfolio bank financing and integration processes and acts as the strategic advisor for select subsidiaries. Prior to co-founding Lynx in 2007, Joanna began her career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting; worked for 724 Solutions Inc.; and held several executive development positions with Johnson & Johnson Medical Products.

    Michael Denny

    DIRECTOR

    Michael is the CFO of Flow Capital Corp. a TSXV listed diversified alternative asset investor and advisor, specializing in providing minimally dilutive capital to emerging growth businesses. Prior to joining Flow, Mr. Denny was the Managing Director of Lynx Investment Corp and its predecessor company from 2016 to 2023. Mr. Denny has over 20 years of experience as an investment banker to growth companies, advising them on equity and debt placements and strategic acquisitions and divestitures. During his career as an investment banker, Mr. Denny completed 86 lead managed equity offerings for 56 companies, including eight initial public offerings. Collectively, these lead managed transactions raised $1.5 billion from investors. Mr. Denny is a past Chair of Ottawa-based BIOTECanada, Canada's national association of biotechnology companies. He holds an MBA from Western University and a BA (Hons) from York University.

    Warren Lee

    Warren is an entrepreneur and private equity investor with over 13 years of business experience as the owner of the TKMT Academy and Positec Pest Control Company. With three locations across Toronto, TKMT Academy is a leading facility of Muay Thai kickboxing across the GTA, training 1,000+ students annually. Positec Pest Control provides pest control services in the Greater Toronto Area and is his family business that started in 1983. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Warren was a Toronto high school teacher of Canadian history and economics, and founded his school's entrepreneur and investors club to help train young minds to become tomorrow's business leaders.

    With more than 30 years of operational experience contributing to both the building and running of a successful family business, Lorne Bloomberg is a seasoned professional in strategic business development and growth. His leadership in building an international sales force is a demonstration of his successful track record and strong experience in diversified business expansion. Lorne’s background makes him exceptionally well equipped to both recognize and showcase the value of investing in the Income Trust and the businesses within the Lynx portfolio.

  • Julie Wodehouse

    ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

    Julie is the Associate Director of the Lynx Equity Income Trust, having joined the team in 2023. She brings over five years of experience at Lynx, primarily in the Finance department where she manages subsidiary reporting, modeling, and financing initiatives. She has also worked operationally and on M&A projects over the years, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the business. In her current role, Julie oversees Sales, Business, and Product Development. Julie holds an Honours Economics degree from McMaster University and is a CFA Candidate. Before her tenure at Lynx, she worked in the Finance and Operations department at a fintech company, managing accounts and client onboarding. In her free time, Julie enjoys golfing, spending time up north, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
